I have no idea what has started my son's recent obsession with the Man of Steel. He has never seen Superman movies or shows, so I don't know how he even knows anything about him. Since he began talking about him I was reminded of a garage sale purchase I made for him before he was even born. A Superman shirt complete with a red cape. I pulled it out, and it fit him perfectly. It is now his favorite and he wants to wear it constantly. He runs around the house holding the cape out behind him "flying". He says, "I am Superman", and I think he truly believes he is.

Awwww so cute. I used to love my Wonderwoman Underoos as a kid...I know how fun it is to run about in costumre!
I had Wonderwoman Underoos too.
I loved them. I wanted to look like her so bad. I of course had blond hair though, so as soon as I would get out of the bath, I would put on my Underoos and play like I was her since my hair was wet it looked darker.
Awwww! How sweet! Love that little monkey! And it's getting weird how much Colton and Ava C. are alike....
That is wild! Ava is obsessed with Superman! Of course, I'm a big comic book nerd so I have comics and cartoons and movies sitting around...except she's not allowed to watch any yet! Even scarier is that she knows Superman is her favorite but is well aware Daddy likes Batman more. Now...she has Superman toys, placemats, bedsheets, even a Justice League poster in her room but she's still very much a girl, thankfully.
I'll have to get Colton some cool Superman swag!
Oh...just make sure he doesn't try jumping off anything insane while trying to 'fly'. Yikes!

Brooke told me that she is also very in to Thomas the Train. Colton loves him. There are train tracks right by our kingdom hall and at least 3 trains go by every meeting. A sister that knows how much he loves Thomas, told him that it was Thomas outside. Now everytime he hears a train during the meeting, he yells Thomas outside. Ashley, is your little guy into Thomas too?
